We have 2- and 4-bike RV-approved bumper-mount bike carriers that you can see on the linked page. These include platform style racks such as the 4-bike Swagman # S80600. Your bumper must be continuously welded (not just spot welded) in order to use any of these racks.

I do have a possible solution for you as the engineers at Swagman said their X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack # S80940 is only capable of supporting a ball mount by the vertical hanger. You would have to position your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR into the horizontal tube which you already identified would stick out to far.

However, we do have other options of RV bumper bike rack/storage available, such as the # S80605 & the # S80600. These are each built for 4" to 4-1/2" continuous welded steel square bumpers. I have a solution for you to carry 3 bikes on a platform rack, but the Kuat Transfer 3 is not currently available; additionally the Kuat Transfer racks are designed for bikes with at least 20" tires, so it wouldn't work for your child's bike with 16" tires.

Thanks for all the info you listed! So based on what you are looking for the best bike rack option is the Hollywood Racks 4-bike # HR4000. This is a platform rack like you are wanting, fits the bike sizes you have, and is surprisingly lighterweight at 42 lbs. It also can fold up when not in use for storage as well and costs less than the other racks you mentioned.

We do have the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT32GR as a fit for your 2019 Chevy Trax. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will be able to handle a wide variety of accessories.

Your 2008 Mercury Mariner can be equipped with either a 1-1/4-inch Class II or a 2-inch Class III trailer hitch. There are many towing-type bike racks available for use with 2-inch hitches however there are no towing racks offered for use with Class II hitches that have a 1-1/4-inch receiver.

Due to suspension design, there is a rougher ride with travel trailers than passenger vehicles that have better developed suspension systems. The available 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch options for your 2019 Jetta include the Curt round tube hitch # C11540 and the Draw-Tite model # 24978. The Curt offers easier installation but its cross tube will be visible under the bumper cover. The Draw-Tite hitch installation requires removal of the entire bumper fascia and the bumper itself but gives you a much more discrete appearance once installed. I do have a solution for you, but there are no bike rack options that will hold up two 105 lb Mopeds. It is just too much weight.
What you will need to do is get a small utility trailer, like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer # K2MMT5X7, and haul your Mopeds around in that. To do this with your 2011 Acura MDX you will need a trailer hitch receiver, a ball mount and hitch ball, and a trailer wiring kit.
